What to watch at each brand
Faherty
At Faherty, compare the exact style and color rather than assuming every item gets the same reduction. Its sale section includes selected styles, with final-sale exclusions. The Faherty discount code post covers codes that work the rest of the year.
Todd Snyder
For Todd Snyder, check which styles a promotion includes and whether the item is marked final sale, final markdown or clearance. Those categories cannot be returned under its standard policy.
Taylor Stitch
Taylor Stitch’s published 2025 terms offered 20 percent off select gear and additional Last Call reductions. The 2025 sale ran from 12:01am Pacific on November 28 through 11:59pm Pacific on December 1, with no code needed, according to its sale terms.
Buck Mason
Buck Mason’s current FAQ says it does not offer discounts or promotions. Its standard return window is 365 days for eligible unworn, unwashed items with tags. A retailer’s or resale seller’s terms may differ.
J.Crew
For J.Crew, compare the final cart price and each item’s sale or final-sale label. A headline percentage does not establish that every style is included.
Ralph Lauren
For Ralph Lauren, read the specific promotion’s included collections and exclusions before comparing prices across Polo, Double RL and Purple Label.
Quince
For Quince, compare the price of the exact item and its return eligibility. Most items have a 365-day return window, with condition requirements and category exclusions.
Smaller brands
For Sid Mashburn, Corridor and Wythe, weigh the discount against return terms. Corridor’s standard eligible US online return window is 14 days; Wythe requires a return request within 14 days and applies a 5 percent restocking fee.
Codes that stack
Do not assume that discounts stack. Faherty generally limits combined promotions, while its Postcard loyalty terms allow some reward combinations when checkout permits them. Check the specific offer and final cart price.
What to buy on sale and what to skip

Skip final-sale basics. A tee you cannot return is a bad bet if the fit is off. Buck Mason’s FAQ currently says it does not offer promotions, and its year-long return window may matter more to you than a discount.
