This is for anyone holding out for a Buck Mason sale. The brand rarely discounts, and its own FAQ says it runs no promotions. Below: dated sale reports we found, what went on sale, and how to pay less now.

Buck Mason’s FAQ settles it in one line: “We do not offer any discounts or promotions.” The dated record mostly agrees.

Reported: Dated coverage says Buck Mason ran its own sales in January 2020, September 2020 and January 2022. It skipped Black Friday discounts in 2022.
Pattern: Two of those three sales came in late January and cleared older stock. Coverage said both ran through that Sunday.
Pattern: Since 2022, marked-down Buck Mason has turned up mostly away from buckmason.com. Think Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, a New York sample sale and the brand’s outlet store.
We found no dated Buck Mason Black Friday discount after 2022. In February 2026, Primer still described it as a brand that almost never goes on sale.
If you can wait, watch late January and the off-price stores. If you can’t, buy the core pieces now and lean on the return window.
What goes on sale
Outerwear appeared in the dated sale reports below. The 2020 sales had leather and moto jackets, field jackets and bombers. The 2022 sale had waxed jackets and canvas work jackets.
Retired styles come next. InsideHook described the 2020 sale pieces as being retired, alongside production samples and one-offs.
Tees show up in every brand sale, and at Nordstrom Rack this February. Flannels, work shirts and camp shirts appear often too.
Off-price stores get their own mix. In February 2026, Nordstrom Rack had poplin shirts and pants and the Deuce Coupe camp shirt at about half off. The Skyline Poplin Button-Up was $70 there, down from $148.
Here is this fall’s outerwear and flannel at full price on November 3:
- Felted Chore Coat, $268. 340 GSM felted merino wool, boiled twice. Classic fit with slimmer arms and room to layer. Every size was in stock.
- Brawny Flannel Work Shirt, $178. Heavyweight, double-brushed 100 percent cotton flannel in a classic fit.
- Pacific Twill Flannel One Pocket Shirt, $158. 4 oz cotton twill brushed on both sides. The Cedar Houndstooth was in stock in every size.

Ways to save without a code
Start with what doesn’t exist. We found no sign-up or first-order discount on buckmason.com on October 6. The FAQ says codes found online are probably not official, and the brand won’t honor them.
- Buy the 2-pack. The Toughknit Tubular Tee 2-Pack is $88, or $44 a tee. A single Pima or Slub tee is $48. The pack is 160 GSM American-grown, ring-spun cotton, knit in Mohnton, Pennsylvania and sewn in Los Angeles. The white pack had S, M and L in stock. Check the current product index for other packs.
- Shop the outlet. Buck Mason’s first outlet store is at Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon, California, near Palm Springs. The store page lists free hemming there too. The FAQ says outlet purchases are final sale.
- Watch off-price stores. Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack have sold Buck Mason at about 40 to 50 percent off. A New York sample sale ran in October 2024. The Pima Curved Hem Tee, a 140 GSM Supima cotton tee, is $48 on buckmason.com. It was $25 at Nordstrom Rack in February.
- Buy used. Buck Mason has no resale program of its own. eBay showed more than 5,600 Buck Mason listings on October 6, and Poshmark has plenty too.
- Use the free perks. Shipping is free over $150. Store returns and exchanges are free, and mail returns cost $8. Jeans and pants bought in a store at full price get free hemming.
Is Buck Mason worth full price?
For the tees, the case is strong. The Pima Classic Tee and the Slub Classic Tee are $48 each in American-grown Supima cotton. Buck Mason knits them at its own mill in Mohnton, Pennsylvania.
Buck Mason’s core Pima and Slub tees are made in the USA; check each other item’s origin label. The sweaters are imported. The Seafarer Cotton Rib Crew is $188 in a 7 gauge rib of 100 percent cotton, with a classic fit.
What makes full price easier is the return window. Buck Mason refunds unworn items with tags for 365 days.
I own five Buck Mason pieces. Three are tees: the Pima Classic, the Slub Classic and the Hemp Yuma pocket tee. The other two are the Seafarer Cotton Rib Crew and the Welterweight Afterhood Sweatshirt.

Does Buck Mason have Black Friday sales?
Not as a rule. In 2022, Buck Mason skipped the discount and offered free gift wrapping in stores and gift guides instead. We found no dated Black Friday sale since then. Its own sales have landed in January and September. Nordstrom Rack and the Cabazon outlet are likelier places for a markdown.
Does Buck Mason have a discount code?
No official one. Buck Mason’s FAQ says it does not offer discounts or promotions. It also says codes found online are likely unofficial and won’t be honored. To pay less, buy the Toughknit 2-pack, shop the Cabazon outlet, watch Nordstrom Rack or buy used.
When is the Buck Mason sale?
